Executed the LED ring on the bottom for a better UX experience. (LED light provides a visual indicator to let the user know if they are pressing enough pressure and the correct orientation when placing the tip on the surface)
User need: Facility technicians need a reliable and repeatable vibration screening device to troubleshoot bearings on mechanical motors.
Current products in the market: Most are bulky and need trained techs to use as they are complicated. In the lower end, diagnostic tools called pens are considered unreliable.
Product solution: The Fluke 805 vibration meter is reliable and repeatable to help facility technicians make confident go or no-go decisions. The meter's ability to provide severity-scale readings on when to perform maintenance on a motor gives them the flexibility to schedule downtime rather than reacting to motors failing during operation.
